Ms Ledwidge founded thequality.com as a bridge across the creative/ technical
divide. She describes herself as a film-maker and technical architect,
having worked predominantly with interactive media since setting up the
first web site in Sydney in 1993. Besides the internet, Michela has experience
across CDROM and print publishing, computer game design, and video. Her
productions include live VJ performance and several short films, 'Horses
for Courses', 'Grow Yer Own' and bman'. Michela maintains her own site
and workspace at michela.thequality.com. |

| Michelle Bourke, Communications Director
As thequality.com's Communications Director, Michelle manages relationships with clients, as well as the company's marketing and business activities. With ten year's customer service experience, and extensive marketing and media management skills, Michelle is well positioned to understand client requirements and projects. Michelle's experience extends across the interactive industry, television industry, and corporate insurance. This includes working as a Producer, Presenter, Videographer and Editor for a weekly Australian TV programme on environmental & environment-related social-change issues. She managed weekly studio and location shoots, managed PR for events and station programmes, and co-ordinated online activities. Michelle also manages thequality.com's involvement with charity and community projects. |

Damon is a classically trained painter who built up a considerable reputation for the quality of his digital artwork, notably 3D animation. Damon is spearheading thequality.com's research and development into online applications for real-time 3D. Damons' experience spans the interactive entertainment industry, advertising, corporate media production, television and film. His work has featured in the film 'Lost in Space', the '4Later' series for Channel 4 and Bjork's music video 'Pagan Poetry.' |
