"I see a need for:
* a new framework for making and distributing my stories"
to imply that the framework you set up will be a model/standard methodology that is embraced by the film and gamemaking industries en masse.

... how about "production, management and distribution"? need to clarify that your background enables you to put online resources to full use to enhance the collaborative creative process that is filmmaking.
Posted by Ken at February 23, 2004 02:36 PM"Game makers lack training in film narrative and story-telling"
...er, a lot of filmmakers have no training in that discipline either... only experience.
Posted by Ken at February 23, 2004 02:39 PM"Film assets are typically viewed as disposable rather than re-cyclable"
maybe use "immutable" (my favourite word) as opposed to disposable - less potentially offensive to filmmakers, and less negative overall. actually, do you mean those bits that don't make it into the final cut? in which vase maybe split this into 2
a) Final cuts (entry as suggested above)
b) unused footage, soundtrack, artwork, sets etc. - entry as per original
* people crave ORIGINAL stories
