The transport is likely to be aerial given the need for this to be a secret op. I like the Half-Life2 flying thingie (in the E3 demo at 18:46) and also the idea that the panelling on the craft is chameleon-like to lower its profile when flying and when stationary.

Of course budget-wise, this will never be shown which will be half the fun. {:-)
