How do we get the Scott's of this world here and keep them happy? They don't have time or interest in the creative side, they're just looking for new stuff for their punters. Arguably the legalities are even less important than the fun.
Maybe similar to Slashdot where there's scope for people to keep in touch with community (via RSS, email) without having to be active.
