VJs can wear several hats in this community, spectator, player and hacker. Not only can VJs sample material and contribute material, they can also help distribute the re-mixable idea in its purest form to unwired audiences.

Haven't seen too many ACTIVE VJ communities around, but I'll see what I can find in the social networks' 'meta-groups'..
