succinct doc... no probs with it as a one-pager.. occurs to me that with all the non-disclosure implicit in a loop like this [maybe make this explicit?] worthwhile elaborating a paragraph anticipating that folx in team will come up with ideas for potential markets/uses... and what then?.. just had a brainwave tonight ;o)

From my perspective, each new idea has to be considered case-by-case with whoever brings it. Not clear if there's going to be any way to realistically take onboard new directions but I'd welcome anyone in the team who wants to get more involved.
We have very little budget for business development so any ideas that aren't currently on the table could only really be explorable (exploitable?) if they contributed to second round funding for MOD Films. Renumeration for that is all negotiable, e.g commissions or equity stakes.
Btw The game industry is pretty hard-nosed in this area - "Ideas are cheap. It's the Development that's hard."
Hence why I'm so comfortable giving stuff away... {;-)
