Re-mixable film funding from NESTA

Contrary to what it says in today's The Guardian newspaper, I haven't been awarded £125,000 to build a prototype computer. Thank goodness for that!

What I did get is an Invention and Innovations award from NESTA to create re-mixable films - films you can re-mix technically without breaking the law (released as 35mm print, DVD application, and online asset library). The project will leverage the free-for-non-commercial use licensing model being developed under the Creative Commons project.
