RFID in passports
Ever wondered what happens when you and your tinned soup are tracked by the same technology? New ways to process people. Not a pleasant thought considering the idealogues ruling the world at the moment. According to Bruce Schneier, the Bush adminstration is lobbying hard for a global standard in RFID-enabled, machine-readable passports.
