Phone spam

BT has finally done something useful. A cold caller from the phone company offered to put my number on the Telephone Preference Service (PS) which aims to stop sales calls driving people insane (my definition). For some reason my number has been inundated with rubbish calls for months.

It's good to know the process for setting legal wheels in motion against flagrant abusers of the phone system.

Complaints regarding unwanted telephone sales calls can be made via

Telephone Preference Service
