Raw as in crude edgy, angry, unfinished. Asymmetrical, wireframe, etc all cool but “slightly unhinged” important.

This design is too “computer game”, hunched body posture and elongated head reads serious, sinister, not manic friendly side-kick. This looks more Metal Gear Solid than a lonely girl’s software companion.

I’m not dead set on CD having to be a line drawing but the character has to be lively, cheeky. Happy to consider other options but they have to look “crudely drawn”, 2D, 3D whatever. This is really important – CD is conceived as a doodle.

Apart from exploring “non-stick” (geddit) options, let’s not stray from CD’s character study

The schoolkids aren’t past pencil doodles, they’re using pen tablets in the classroom, that’s part of the script. And there’s all kinds of hackers. She’s not a scene queen, she’s not a too-cool-for-school teenage boy playing shoot-em-ups. She’s a loner kid hacking her dad’s software.
